Nature of Business

Go-Granite LLC is a distributor of natural stone slabs and related products, including granite, quartzite, marble, quartz, porcelain, onyx, travertine, limestone, dolomite, soapstone, and semi-precious stone, serving residential and commercial customers throughout the United States.

Product Representation

Natural stone is a product of geological formation. Color, veining, pattern, and tone vary from block to block and from slab to slab. Photographs, samples, and displays are representative only and cannot be relied upon as an exact match for the material supplied. Slab dimensions are nominal and actual measurements vary. Customers are encouraged to view or request current photographs of the specific material before ordering.

Product names and trade names for natural stone vary between quarries, importers, and distributors. The same material may be sold under multiple names.

Third-Party Trademarks

Product and brand names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. Reference to a manufacturer or brand does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.

Content

All original text, photographs, and other content on this site are the property of Go-Granite LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing, availability, and product information current. Errors may occur, and inventory changes frequently. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer. Pricing and availability are confirmed at the time of quotation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Two notes. I'm not a lawyer and this isn't legal advice — it's a standard-form notice, and if the disclaimers around stone variation ever need to hold up in a dispute, a Texas attorney should look at them.

The product representation and accuracy sections are the ones doing real work for you. Both address exactly the friction in your business: a buyer receiving a slab that doesn't match the photo, and a price that's moved since the page was published.
