Why prefab

Cutting, polishing and edging are done at the factory in volume, so you skip most of the fabrication cost. There's no templating wait and no fabrication queue — a prefab top can go in the day after cabinets. And at 403 lb, two people can carry it.

The trade-offs, straight

You're buying a fixed size. Cutouts for sink and cooktop still need doing, but the perimeter is set. Runs longer than the piece will have a seam. Angled walls, curved islands and waterfall edges don't work — that's a full slab job. The edge profile is what it is. Colour range is narrower than slab.

Standard galley or L-shaped kitchen: best value in the business. Anything bespoke: buy the slab.

Any slab, any material: we will prefab any slab on this site — granite, quartzite, marble, quartz or porcelain — in these sizes. Price is the slab price plus fabrication. Text or call with the stone name and sizes for a quote.

Minimum order: 2 pieces. Each slab is cut into two runs plus matching backsplash, so orders are a minimum of two countertop or vanity pieces in the same color. Single pieces are not available.

Edge and finish: flat polished edge on three sides, matching backsplash included. Other edge profiles (eased, bullnose, ogee, mitered) available, quoted per piece.
